Formalities

Framework agreement
Precise rules of cooperation between the Parties such as: transfer of copyrights, confidentiality, appointment of coordinators, working hours, finished work acceptance criteria, settlement method and payment dates, specialists replacement rules, prohibition to employ personnel of a Party to this agreement
Orders
Orders for programming services are concluded based on the framework agreement. Usually, an order is signed for a period of one or several months for programmers listed with their first names and surnames, together with specification of hourly rates and ordered number of man-hours
Work time reports
At the end of each calendar month the work time report in the form of an Excel spreadsheet is generated. The report contains the following columns: date, specialist first name and surname, name of task, detailed description of performed works, number of working hours, hourly rate, due amount. The report is sent to the ordering party for acceptance
Monthly invoices
Acceptance of the work time report for a given month constitutes a basis to issue VAT invoice for the amount resulting from the report and due date determined in the framework agreement
