How do we work?

  Request for quotation

  Send us information about a planned project using the contact form located at the bottom of the page or send us an e-mail, or call our consultant directly. We will contact you as soon as possible to clarify your requirements. We can also sign a confidentiality agreement at the very beginning and meet you in Tarnów or Kraków.

• 

  Valuation and agreement

  Having gathered all information, we will present you with an offer and valuation. If you accept the presented valuation, in the next step we will sign an agreement that precisely defines the most important issues concerning the project: scope of works, remuneration, schedule, acceptance conditions, warranty, licenses and copyrights, handing the source code.

• 

  Screen mockups and technical design

  We start our work with the project by drawing all app screen mockups. Screen mockups accepted by the Client are sent to a graphic designer and programmers. Simultaneously with the mockups or just after they have been created, there is created the system technical design (API specification, database layout, diagrams, etc.).

• 

  Graphic design

  An another step is to create a target graphic design of the app by a graphic designer that is based on the previously prepared mockups and guidelines, and materials received form the Client (logotypes, colour scheme, etc.). The graphic design is sent to the Client for acceptance.

  Scrum methodology implementation

  Programming work is carried out in a one or two-week-long sprints. Mobile apps are written in a native manner, i.e. in the programming language specific for a given platform. Due to this they are always responsive, compatible with project patterns and adjusted to the latest versions of the operating systems. Each platform app is created by a different programmer.

  Tests and acceptance

  An app undergoes detailed testing that is in line with previously prepared test scenarios. The tests are performed on a number of mobile devices possessing different technical parameters. Next, the beta version is made available to the Client for testing and acceptance. All changes and remarks to the app are implemented on an ongoing basis until a version that is acceptable for the Client is achieved.

  Publication of app in markets

  An accepted app is published in markets from the Client’s account or ALTCONNECT account (paid apps or these that contain paid content must be published from the Client’s account). We assist in going through the registration process in the Apple and Google development programs.

  Hosting and technical support (SLA)

  Backend of mobile apps (API, CMS) and web apps are installed on servers in the cloud. Technical support services include, i.a.: servers administration, monitoring of service accessibility and system parameters, analysis of logs, reporting, app “crash”, automatic data backups, backup data restoring, diagnosis and repair of errors.

  Publication of mobile apps in markets is just a beginning on the way to success. Our mobile apps marketing offer includes, i.a.: creation of a landing page and explainer video, creation of an app tutorial, configuration of analytical tools, running AdWords campaign, running Facebook campaign, App Store Optimization (ASO).
